HMD Expands Its Audio Line with New Affordable Wireless Earbuds
HMD just dropped six new models of its DUB Series True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds. The lineup targets the budget-conscious market with features like active noise cancellation and marathon battery life. Selected models are already hitting shelves in the Philippines and other Southeast Asian regions.
Meet the New DUB Lineup: From Pro to Entry-Level
The new models are the DUB X50 Pro, X50, S60, P70, P60, and P50. This creates a clear tiered system for buyers. The X50 Pro sits at the top with premium features, while the P50 serves as the most accessible entry point.
Each model carves out its own niche with specific sound profiles and feature sets.
The flagship DUB X50 Pro boasts DUB Platinum Sound with a Hi-Fi DSP and hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). It also supports multipoint connectivity and offers up to 60 hours of total playback. For gamers, a dedicated low-latency mode is included.
Its sibling, the standard X50, trades ANC for even longer battery. It promises a massive 70 hours of total use. A 10-minute quick charge delivers 220 minutes of playtime at 60% volume.
Dolby Audio and Bass-Focused Models
The DUB S60 brings a notable feature for its class: Dolby Audio. Users can customize the sound via a companion app with different EQ modes. This model is for the listener who loves to tweak their audio profile.
Meanwhile, the P70, P60, and P50 models focus on a bass-boosted sound signature. The P70 includes ANC, while the P60 and P50 rely on Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) for clearer calls.
Philippine Pricing and Immediate Availability
Good news for local shoppers: some models are already available. The DUB P60, S60, and X50 are listed on Shopee Philippines right now.

Here’s the local price breakdown we’ve seen. The DUB P60 starts at PHP 1,390. The DUB S60 with Dolby Audio is priced at PHP 1,890. The long-lasting DUB X50 comes in at PHP 1,990.
That translates to a starting price of roughly $24, going up to about $34 for the higher-end models. It’s a very competitive range for the features offered.
