So here is a quick fix of the Wampserver- Could not execute menu item (Internal error).The service has not been started. when you want to run the apache server.

so simply left click the icon of the wampserver on the taskbar and hover apache > httpd.conf

and notepad will open the file and look for the “Listen 80” and change it to “Listen 8080”

after that just reboot your wampserver and it will now be color green again, so to access your localhost just type in “localhost:8080” on your browser 🙂
