Realme confirms 16 Pro series launch date, teases Naoto Fukasawa design

Realme is officially launching its next flagship series, the Realme 16 Pro, in India on January 6, 2026. The company is making a huge statement with a massive 200MP main camera and an equally massive 7000mAh battery.

Now, the design is a major highlight here. Realme collaborated with renowned designer Naoto Fukasawa for an ‘Urban Wild Design.’ It blends natural textures with modern urban aesthetics. The series also introduces an industry-first bio-based organic silicone material, which is a fascinating eco-friendly step. You can get it in Master Gold, Master Grey, Camellia Pink, and Orchid Purple.

The Realme 16 Pro’s 200MP LumaColor camera uses a Samsung HP5 sensor. It supports optical image stabilization and what Realme calls ‘full-pixel auto zoom.’ The system promises lossless zoom at 1x, 2x, and 4x, with five preset focal lengths. Think about having a versatile camera system in your pocket without sacrificing quality.

Powering this camera beast is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Max 5G chipset. Realme claims it has crossed 970,000 points on benchmarks. A 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED display. Imagine gaming or watching videos on that smooth paired with that gigantic 7000mAh battery.
