Android users love customizing their phone and adding some tweaks so here is another Custom ROM I did for Arc Mobile Memo This is a Custom Rom from HaiPai N7889 Samsung S4 Legend Clone

HOW TO FLASH CUSTOM RECOVERY

HOW TO FLASH VIA TWRP

1. Copy the file Arc_Mobile_Memo_s4_4.2.9_13.09.13_10–42–36_signed.zip to your SD Card or Internal Phone Memory
2. Turn of Phone and press and Hold Volume Up + Power Button to Boot to Custom Recovery
3. Click Wipe
4. Click Factory Reset, then Cache, then Dalvik and Android Secure
5. Click Back button located in the lower right corner
6. Click Install and look for the file Arc_Mobile_Memo_s4_4.2.9_13.09.13_10–42–36_signed.zip
7. Wait for it to finish and Reboot

it may take 3–5 mins on first boot because it needs to cache all the files

After Installing just play around with the Tweakbox,Gravity Box,Xblast Tool and other stuff to fit in your needs
