ASUS revealed rugged Chromebook

Chromebooks are usually light,portable but and glossy. Due to its super lightweight form factor, it’s prone to accidents. ASUS came up with a new rugged Chromebook “C202SA”, reinforced with rubber wrapped protective guard to protect from impacts, slipping and other accidents. The C202SA also has a spill-proof keyboard perfect for students who always have drinks beside them.

It’s powered by an Intel Celeron Dual N3060 Processor with Chrome OS also available in 2 variants 2GB and 4GB RAM paired with 16GB of Storage. Even having the rugged rubber build it still light that only weighs 1.2Kg with a display size of 11.6-inch HD screen. The Hinge can be open up to 180 degrees and has a 2mm key travel distance.

C202SA can go up to 10hrs of battery life, but as of the moment, price is still unknown.
