Cherry Mobile MAIA Launching this Sept 29th

Last July we posted a news of the upcoming Cherry Mobile MAIA and today we got the official invite for it’s launching this coming September 29.

Although we still don’t have any specific information regarding the specs but we can expect this will be an Intel-powered smartphone. What is still questionable for us if this will go into the entry-level or mid-range level devices.

The official invite from cherry mobile has a hashtag of #KayaWithMAIA with that clue we can assume again this will be very affordable device.

but based on experience from the recent ASUS Zenpad C series that might also use the same processor Intel® Atom™ x3-C3230 Quad-Core, 64bit for the MAIA. We do hope they can push a better processing power for the smartphone side since ASUS launched it for a tablet, We might see a different performance for the smartphone segment.
