Converge ICT Fiber new alternative ISP provider in town 6mbps for only Php2,500! NO CAP?

A friend of mine shared a link of a new ISP provider in the Philippines that offers fiber connection which doubles the basic rate of other ISP competitor with a very competitive pricing as well. the Company name is Converge Fiber, they offer DSL and Pure Fiber connection.

I myself is connected with BayanTel basic plan that that’s around 3mbps download for Php1,299 per month so far I am happy with it but at the same time frustrated since the upload speed is only 700kbps which is insanely slow if you’re planning to stream a game on Twitch or YouTube.

I checked out their pricing scheme and I was surprise on what they offer here is the table of their package.

Looking at the package seems ok for its price but the only issue is that since the company is still small they coverage area is still limited and base on their website this is so far the areas that are already covered with fiber connection but still not sure if the site is already updated.

OMGgeek created a great blog post regarding the Converge connectivity since they already applied a connection. There are mix comments but still I am interested in looking with this. if it’s a reliable alternative ISP provider in the Philippines. they also mentioned that you can waive the installation fee if in case your area is not yet covered.
