Yes! an Android app dedicated for stickers and you can use it on any of your pictures and send in your Facebook messenger simply download the sticker app then apply it on your pictures. you can also download the image for you to share on your newsfeed.

Here are some of the new features:

• Stick them on before or after you snap a photo.
• Decorate photos from your gallery, too.
• Drag, pinch, stretch and rotate stickers.
• Add captions to complete the scene.
