Looking for a budget smartphone with a decent specs and design? Gearbest just listed a super budget device that only cost $55 which is roughly Php2,500. The device is called Homtim HT3 3G a 1.3GHz Quad Core processor using the MTK6580 chipset running the Android 5.1 OS with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of Internal Storage.

In terms of specs, nothing too fabulous here but what makes it interesting is it’s build and design. As you can see it has a 2.5D curved edge display similar with the Cherry Mobile Flare Series design with a slim form factor of only 7.5mm thick the design is quite an iPhone look. but in terms of battery this device is packed with a large 3,000mAh and a 5-megapixel rear plus 2-megapixel front although it’s also said to have an interpolated 8-megapixel resolution which might be for some beneficial if they are looking for a higher resolution photos.
