The HONOR Magic8 Pro Air is now official as a thinner alternative to the flagship smartphone. The device measures 6.1mm thick, weighing 155 grams, with its design appearing to be inspired by the iPhone Air.
Despite its slim profile, the Magic8 Pro Air packs a 5,500mAh battery using silicon-carbon technology. It also supports 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The phone features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor.
It comes with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. The device ships with Android 16-based MagicOS 10.
Camera setup includes a 50-megapixel main sensor with OIS. Additional cameras feature a 64-megapixel periscope lens with OIS, a 50-megapixel ultra wide, and a 50-megapixel front camera.
The HONOR Magic8 Pro Air is available in China starting at CNY 4,999 (~P42,000) for the 12GB/256GB model. It’s also available for CNY 5,299 (~P45,000) with 12GB/512GB and CNY 5,599 (~P48,000) with 16GB/512GB.
