PLDT and TikTok have partnered to roll out TikTok Go LIVE! Studio packages in the Philippines. This aims to boost livestreaming for creators, multi-channel networks (MCNs), and small businesses nationwide.
The offer combines TikTok’s live ecosystem with PLDT’s enterprise-grade connectivity, managed services, and 24/7 customer support. Needless to say, this should help ensure stable, high-quality streams.
Through the packages, creators and MCNs can get infrastructure support for content production. Meanwhile, SMEs can tap into TikTok MCN partnerships to monetize via brand deals and commissions.
Businesses are also promised faster audience growth through cross-promotion, access to exclusive tools, training, operational support, and intellectual property protection. ‘By working closely with PLDT Enterprise, TikTok aims to empower creators and small businesses to reach wider audiences and build meaningful connections online,’ said Jacob John Kuttisseril, Strategic Partner Lead for APAC at TikTok.
PLDT and TikTok position the collaboration as a way to help local creators and enterprises adapt to an increasingly content-driven digital landscape.
