The realme 16 Pro is now official, now listed in India and will be launching in the Philippines soon. This device now comes with LumaColor Image processing, offering improved details and color for photography.
It boasts a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and 6,500 nits of peak brightness. Powering it is a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.
For optics, it has a 200-megapixel main paired with an 8-megapixel ultra wide at the rear. At the front, it’s equipped with a 50-megapixel selfie shooter.
The phone will ship with realme UI 7 based on Android 16 out of the box. realme also promises three OS updates and four years of security patches for this offering.
In addition, it packs a 7,000mAh battery with support for 80W of wired fast charging. It also supports reverse wired charging and bypass charging.
Other features include stereo speakers, an IP68 and IP69K rating, NFC, and an IR blaster. The realme 16 Pro will come in Gold, Orchid Purple, and Pebble Grey colorways.
It currently starts at INR 34,999 (~P23,000) with 8GB/128GB. It’s also available for INR 36,999 (~P24,000) with 8GB/256GB and INR 39,999 (~P26,000) with 12GB/1256GB.
