Qube listed on their website their upcoming convertible device dubbed as Qube Colonia NB Touch. There are two variants an 11.6-inch and 14-inch device almost identical in terms of specs, only the display, dimension and weight differ between the two. Listed below is the full specs of the two devices.

The 11-inch variant looks like a Lenovo Yoga device while the 14-inch is similar with an ultrabook which looks really nice.
