YouTube app next update will let you watch offline

if you’ve been using the YouTube app recently you will notice that they have added a feature of floating video where you can still watch the video while still viewing the other contents of the YouTube app.

Recently the Official YouTube blog posted a future update coming on their app which it will have the capability for you to continue watching your video in case you have disconnected to your Internet connection.

This upcoming feature will allow people to add videos to their device to watch for a short period when an Internet connection is unavailable.

But the post didn’t gave any hint on how the offline video will work, thus it store a temporary files on your phone so you can watch it later? or thus it create a cache version of the video while you are watching it? well we will see in the next coming weeks on what YouTube has to show on their Future Updates 😀
