Canon EOS C50 Cinema Camera Launches in PH: 7K RAW Video, 4K 120p

Canon has just launched its new EOS C50 cinema camera here in the Philippines, targeting creators who want pro specs in a mobile package.

The device is Canon’s smallest cinema camera yet, featuring a 7K full-frame sensor. It can record 7K 60p RAW video internally and shoots 4K at 120fps.

A key feature is its Simultaneous Crop Recording, letting you capture horizontal 4K and vertical 2K footage at the same time.

Available now, the Canon EOS C50 body with its XLR handle is priced at PHP 189,998.

This move seems like Canon’s direct play for the growing creator community, packing high-end video into a more portable device.
